Why won't my video upload to Youtube?

I made this video using "Windows Live Movie Maker" But when I try to upload it to YouTube, it says that it does not recognize the file. So I tried to convert it by using the "Freeware - Any Video Converter" and it won't convert it. Any one got any ideas on how I can get it uploaded?
