Would a 76' Plymouth Volare be somewhat clic or just old and ghetto looking?

It can definitely be slick looking if you do it right.Or you can leave the external looks as is and drop a 318 or a 360 in it.Then you have yourself a poor mans charger that doesn't draw attention from the police.
