Do you need special scissors to cut fleece?

My scissors are really bad/broken so I need new ones anyways, but I am about to do a project with fleece and was wondering if just any scissors would work or if I need some kind of special fabric ones or something. (I prefer not having to buy any expensive ones because I'm a college student/aka no money ha)
