I filed jointly this year,with 2 dep.we should get 1,200.since we are divorcing,how will that work in 2008.?

Im currently married, I have 2 children, we have none together. This rebate is a credit for 2008. Due to an upcomming divorce we will be filing speratley in 2008. How will the credit be applied to us in 2008.
