Are "Ozone Lite" light bulbs effective for cleaning air inside the home? ?

I just saw an ad on TV for a light bulb -- Ozone Lite - that is suppose to purify air inside your home and vaporize dust, airborne bacteria, mold, etc. Do these really work? If so, how many would you need per square feet?
