I think i might have a mental illness. I think i might be a sociopath except i feel joy occasionally. help?

i have most of the normal symptoms sociopaths have. i am unaffected by things normal people are saddened by such as death, and i cant show empathy towards others. i am very manipulative and parasitic, but i try not to be. i do hide my true nature from others quite well though. but i dont have any "anti-social disorder" because i can interact with others very easily. and i think i have experienced joy because i have a sense of humor and i laugh sometimes.
