He's could be a stalker!?!?

Okay,I know this boy,Bob. I'll come in homeroom and Bob we'll sit behind me and stare into my eyes smiling for a good 1 or 2 minutes.Friday bob said something to me really fast about me being his girlfriend one day.he messes with my hair,touches my face(A lot!), and is super sweet to me. The big problem, he's a giant flirt.He'll mess with the other girls by hitting,pinchin,ect:but never does that to me.. I try to ignore it but,it's hard to tell if he likes me.I started thinkning it was true when he noticed that I didn't smile for two days .When I didn't answer and touched my thigh and smiled at me( Like a idiot).He seems to notice a lot about me.Still,sometimes and doesn't say a word to me.I totally like him,but I'm not sure he likes me.
