Why the blacks criticize racism of whites but no condemn racism made for themselves blacks?

Their hardly gonna make a movie about black people who speak posh and play polo- and the movie turns out to be successful. when black people make a movie like that, its funny because they arent contrasting it with positive representations of white people and insluting ourselves. when white people do that they make sure they work hard to insult black people (not in a humouros way either).
