Banning Turbo,Super Charge, V8's from P platers?

Y do the new rules makes everyones mad about it like this this year i b on L's n i can drive my mum's cool 1994-1999 XR8 Tckford Falcon n they r cool n rare to find like n then they ban driving v8's Y does things i can't wait 4 n then be ban or somethin like i was thinking gettin a cool eco car like a mitsubishi mirage coz they r good for rallying/ racing and tune it up to way i like it like with turbo n stuff n then this rule comes do u argee with me?
