What is wrong w/ my garage door opener?

I have a Genie garage door opener that was installed by contractors for Home Depot 2+ years ago. One day it up and stopped working altogether - even the lights wouldn't work. I had an electrician replace the fuse so that isn't the problem. If you know what the problem is please tell me and how it might be fixed. Thanks.
