What are some tips on becoming an actor?

Hello! I'm 16 years old and I wish to become an actor/director/producer one day and I want to know some tips on how to get there ASAP. I would especially love to work with Disney Channel. I am currently living in Kuwait and have no way of getting in the busness from here at the moment. Does anyone know how I can audition for something in the US this summer 2007 as I will be in the U.S. Also, what do you recomend I take in college and what I should be doing right now. And what college I should go to. Thanks!
