Question for some athiests?

I'm primarily against evangelical religions. I actually have a good deal of respect for the Amish, but they don't usually go out and convert anyone, and the are VERY strongly opposed to any sort of blurring of the line between church and state. Any harm they do with their belief is to themselves, so it really is none of my business. Westboro Baptist is the other end of the spectrum, and the typical Evangelical Christian is much more like Westboro Baptist than they are to my Amish friends.
