Need some serious help with an early pregnancy question.?

Okay during the first week of June, I found out that I was four weeks pregnant. Two days after my missed period, I wound up miscarrying. They did not have to do a D&C or anything, because it was a "chemical miscarriage" or a miscarriage that happened before 6 weeks, which generally does not involve any medical procedures. Several weeks later, after the bleeding stopped, I was (Apparently) ovulating during or around the time of my last unprotected ual encounter. I concieved again, and implantation took place seven days later. I got my BFP today, however I've been having pain in my ovaries (Or near my ovaries) traveling from one side (Usually the right) to sometimes my left side. I have not told my parents I am pregnant yet, and I was planning on waiting a week to be sure I won't have a miscarriage and so that I don't ruin their vacation, but I'm a bit concerned that I might be experiencing an ectopic pregnancy? Can I get some possible explanations. Please no "Go to the doctor" I REALLY will as soon as possible, but for now, what does everyone think?
