If you ain't had no $$$, no formula, no milk, NO ONE to help you, what would you feed your newborn?

I'm not saying it's happen to me or that I am currently in that situation, but for the parents that have struggled before in a similar situation, which you had to find a way to feed your child with foods you usually don't feed them, what would you do if one day you was left alone with your child from the age 0-6 months without any money, no one's help, no formula & the child doesn't eat solids, baby food or baby cereal & the only thing the child is to be fed is formula, for one whole day until someone you know helps you or whatever the case is, what would you feed your child so he/she won't stay hungry and at the same time you don't cause any tummy pains or sickness on the baby??? Out of curiousity, I just want to know what type of sacrifices parents would make for their child, & what people have in mind in case of a situation like that.
