Horrible images in head...?

I was at a friends house and we were looking for something to do so we started to look through his dvr for something to watch. We saw a show called 1000 ways to die. I didn't expect it to be gory but to just tell about them... The first way I saw was where a guy built a battle robot that would attack everything that moved. He had it destroy his older robot and then he put it to sleep. While he was repairing his other robot for another try, he dropped a screw. The screw somehow woke the robot up. As he bent down to pick the screw up... Well let's just say it was gory and he died and I still feel sick... How do I get this sickness away? I don't want any turn to god answers or any repeat this in your head answers... PLEASE, I am absolutely terrorized by that image...
