Do you think this is a good exercise routine?

Sounds good to me, swimming is one of the best ways to exercise because there is no wear and tear on the body. Eating right is extremely important as well. I have a friend who just cut pop out of her diet and she lost 5 to 10 pounds just because of pop. I guess if you want to add more depends on what you want to develop. If you want to just slim down and tone your muscles then it sounds like your doing a good job if you want to build muscle you'll have to start lifting weights. I would suggest a medicine ball, I have one and that is what I use and I love it. You can do a lot of exercises and they are good for working on abs.
