Dear freinds, How can I have access to ITV , BBC One,CBeebies here in Iran/Tehran ? Regrads?

I was living in Leeds/UK until one month ago as a student.now I have returned to Iran but in Tehran we have access only to BBC New.How can I use Satellite receivers to have the other channels like ITV?
